Description
The unit is a room with a private entrance next to the owner’s main house in Clanwilliam. The unit is small, space is limited, and it does not have a kitchen—only a coffee station with a microwave, small fridge, kettle, and crockery (the dishes are washed every morning by the owner). There is, however, a lovely braai area with seating under the awning in front of the unit, and all braai essentials are provided. The unit is therefore ideal for business travellers and single guests.
The unit is furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and basin. The room also features a TV with the full DStv package, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
Linen and bath towels, as well as tea and coffee, are provided. The area is very safe and quiet and is monitored by cameras 24/7. Secure open parking is available on the premises. Please note that the front of the property is not enclosed.
