The unit can accommodate eight guests and comprises four bedrooms, two en-suite bathrooms, an additional bathroom fitted with a shower, and a guest toilet. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet, and washbasin. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and offers mountain views. The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds and also offers mountain views. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a double bed and includes a small kitchenette, as well as a private entrance. This room features an open-plan bathroom. Linen and bath towels are provided.

The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped for self-catering and includes a fridge-freezer, oven, stove, microwave, kettle, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, as well as a breakfast bar with seating for four. A dining table with seating for 10 is available, while the lounge is furnished with comfortable seating and a smart TV. A dedicated workspace is provided, and Wi-Fi access is available.
