Disappointed with room. Space limited. Not as the photos. We received a confirmation WhatsApp from the website to confirm that we may check in between 12h00 and 21h00. We arrived at 11h45 and were informed by Wimpie that we could only check in after 14h00. We arrived with our motorcycle and a bag and then requested that we leave our bag there as it was heavy, and we came from Rustenburg (2 hours' ride). He said we could leave our bag there and come back after 14h00. We then left our bag there and went to town for 2 hours until we could check in. We requested that bath towels be provided as we did not have space for towels (due to the bike and limited space in our bag), and Wimpie confirmed that we would be provided with towels. However, when we arrived, there were only two small towels. We then asked one of the cleaners for two more towels, and we received the same. The next day, when they cleaned the room, we only received two small towels again. It was frustrating to dry off with such small towels, and we also had to use them for our feet when getting out of the shower as there was nothing to stand on (as indicated in the photos). We also had to use these towels to dry the floor after the shower as the shower door could not close properly. We feel that it could have been communicated to us that only small towels are provided and that we needed to bring our own big bath towels.

Owner very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay; the gardens are beautiful. The kids loved the swim and even had a ride on horseback.
