The Gables comprises of 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with a bath and shower. a guest toilet on ground floor, kitchen, open-plan lounge and dining room. Both the main and 2nd bedroom is fitted with a double bed. Main bedroom does have a TV connected to DSTV premium.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, 4 plate electric stove, microwave, airfryer, dishwasher, washing machine and 2 plate gas hop in the event of loadshedding/power failure. TV with DSTV premium package in the lounge as well as free Wifi. The unit is also fitted with a 12kw solar system.
Grotto Bay is situated next to the Grotto Bay Private Nature Reserve, on the R27, southwest of Darling and 68 km from Cape Town. The Gables is approximately 400 m to the nearest beach. There are also various hiking trails on the estate inland and coastal. Shops are 30km's away which guarantee a relaxed breakaway.
