Very awesome. We came down for a sporting event and staying in a quiet area was critical, plus having self-catering to make our own food and food for the day out. The Great Escape met all our expectations. We were slightly isolated and everything we needed was in the house, plus everything was spotlessly clean. There was also no noise at night and the house has block out blinds which was great for good sleep! We will definitely visit there again next year.

Very happy stay in a lovely, clean and safe environment. We were very impressed with the accommodation. Everything worked. Access to the cabin was straightforward. The place was spotless and the bedrooms were comfortable. The decks front and back were practical and offered stunning views of the entire bay. We suggest that the bedroom to the left of the shower room be fitted with a small dressing table with a mirror. All in all, the cabin was delightful.

Absolutely wonderful, thank you! First impressions, interaction with Tanya, she was very warm and welcoming. The cottage was very clean and neat and safe. Home away from home, with everyting you need. The location is perfect, beautiful views.

A very special stay for travellers with dogs. Stayed for 5 nights in August with our 2 labradors. TGE is a delightful self-catering stay while remaining very dog-friendly. The host has thoughtfully provided all the things required for this to be a true friend away from home. Wifi is good and Netflix and DSTV available. We loved the large securely fenced garden, sea view and very quiet and safe area. A beautiful safe beach to walk your dogs on is close by.
