The Hill Estate House 14 is a spacious, self-catering villa located in a secure estate, in Plettenberg Bay. This exclusive holiday home boasts stunning views of the lagoon, town and distant ocean.
This double-storey vacation home can accommodate a large group of 13 guests and consists of 6 en-suite bedrooms. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed and features an open en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bath. The second, third, and fourth bedrooms each have a queen-size bed, the fifth bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, and the sixth bedroom has 3 single beds. Both bath and shower facilities are available in the bathrooms.
The fully equipped kitchen contains appliances to cook meals, including a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a tumble-dryer. The main living area leads out onto the entertainment patio, which boasts a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi overlooking the area.
In addition, the home contains a steam room, a cinema room with a large flat-screen TV for media entertainment, and an elevator that goes up to the sun tanning roof deck. Secure parking is available as well.
