Description
The Hill House is a sea-facing self-catering holiday home situated in Bloubergstrand, offering uninterrupted ocean and Table Mountain views. This property is ideally suited to a small family or a group of friends seeking a coastal getaway, with the beach and nearby attractions within easy reach.
The house can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The third bedroom contains a bunk bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The remaining 2 bathrooms are fitted with either a bath and a shower, or a shower only. Linen and bath towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a gas and electric stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, wine cooler, air fryer, capsule coffee machine, dishwasher, and washing machine, as well as a breakfast bar with stools. The dining and lounge areas offer comfortable seating for guests to dine and relax, and feature an indoor fireplace and indoor braai. A Smart TV with DStv and free Wi-Fi access are also provided.
The living area opens onto a patio with outdoor seating. Backup power is available through an inverter system to ensure a continued power supply during outages. Secure parking is provided in a double garage with direct access to the house.
