Description
The Lazy Lizard Guesthouse offers comfortably furnished accommodation for holidaymaker, as well as business travellers to Herrwood Park, Umhlanga.
Guests have a choice of 2 cottages that are located separate from the main house, and each cottage has a private entrance. Air-conditioned for comfort, the cottages can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child, and is furnished with double beds. Each of the units has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and for convenience, towels and linen are provided.
Each cottage has a fully equipped with a kitchenette with a 2-plate stove, a microwave, a bar fridge, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea-and-coffee-making facilities. A continental breakfast can be provided on request at an additional cost. A TV with DStv is available, and the living area opens onto a secluded garden patio with a built-in braai area. Smoking is not allowed in the cottages.
Secure off-street parking is provided, and the cottages are serviced daily except for weekends and public holidays. Pets are welcome with prior arrangement.
The Lazy Lizard Guesthouse is just 2 km from the Umhlanga main beach and a variety of restaurants and shops, 2.4 km from the Gateway Shopping Centre and Netcare Hospital.
Umhlanga offers a variety of activities such as fishing, snorkelling and scuba diving, whale- and dolphin watching, 4x4- and hiking trails, golf courses, as well as various restaurants. Attractions in the area include the Sibaya Casino & Entertainment Kingdom, the Mr Funtubbles Fabulous Family Fun Fair, and more.
