The Luen offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a spacious home located in Cape Town, Western Cape, making it ideal for a family getaway.
This home can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed. Two of the remaining bedrooms each contain a double bed, while the fourth bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. Guests share 3 bathrooms. One bathroom is fitted with a shower, bath, washbasin, and toilet, while the other two bathrooms are each fitted with either a shower or a bath, as well as a washbasin and toilet.
The living area features an open-plan design with a fully equipped kitchen that includes a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, and crockery. For added convenience, a dishwasher is also provided. A 6-seater dining table adjacent to the kitchen is perfect for enjoying meals together.
The lounge area is furnished with comfortable seating and features a smart TV with YouTube and Netflix, along with free Wi-Fi facilities. A fireplace provides added warmth and comfort during colder evenings.
Outside, guests have access to additional outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying sundowners, as well as a braai area. During the summer months, a refreshing swimming pool awaits, offering a welcome respite from the heat.
