Very impressed. Very impressed with this hotel. Great service, they definitely go the extra mile to accommodate any requests, very helpful and friendly, everything we needed for a business trip. Will definitely be back again.

Poor. We booked and paid for a deluxe room, but the room we were shown was poor, with not good bedding and grubby. After complaining and wanting a refund, we were then shown a better room. Bedding and towels need serious attention.

Surprisingly pleasant. We were so pleasantly surprised by how lovely, clean and comfortable our room was at the Manderson. Nice big bed with fresh crisp linen. We would definitely book again when we need a place to stay in Stutterheim. Staff were helpful and efficient. A very pleasant experience all round.
