The Ocean Penthouse offers luxury accommodation with breathtaking views, set within the prestigious Simbithi Eco Estate in Ballitoville.
The spacious home can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the remaining 2 bedrooms each feature a bunk bed. Guests share the use of 2 bathrooms fitted with a bath or shower, washbasin and toilet, while a separate guest toilet adds extra convenience. Linen and bath towels are provided.
The fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery, as well as a huge breakfast bar with stools to create a relaxing coffee corner. A washing machine and dishwasher are also available. Leading from the kitchen is an 8-seater dining table and a bar area ideal for shared meals. The lounge area has comfortable couches and a TV.
