The Ocean Penthouse offers luxury accommodation with breathtaking views, set within the prestigious Simbithi Eco Estate in Ballito.
The spacious home can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the remaining 2 bedrooms each are furnished with a bunk bed. Guests share the use of 2 bathrooms fitted with a bath or shower, washbasin and toilet, while a separate guest toilet adds extra convenience. Linen and bath towels are provided.
The fully equipped kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery, as well as a huge breakfast bar with stools to create a relaxing coffee corner. A washing machine and dishwasher are also available. Leading from the kitchen is an 8-seater dining table and a bar area ideal for shared meals. The lounge area has comfortable couches and a TV. Access to free Wi-Fi is provided.
Sliding doors open onto a fully furnished wooden deck boasting wonderful ocean views, where guests can relax and enjoy the private Jacuzzi and braai area.
Guests also have access to a communal swimming pool, a world-class golf course, country club, restaurants, walking and cycling trails, sports facilities, a beach access gate and so much more. For those wishing to explore the area, Ballito Junction Shopping Mall and the high-end Ballito Lifestyle Centre are just 4 to 5 km from the unit.

A refundable breakage deposit of R3 000 is payable directly to the property.
In addition to the rates in the table above, this property also charges a once-off:
- Cleaning Fee of R1 400 per booking
The property has a required breakage deposit which is refundable after your stay. The hosting company will invoice you for this plus for the biometric fees that Simbithi Estate will charge guests on arrival.
Once booking is confirmed guests will be required to complete the Simbithi Estate guest forms and follow due process for biometric access. The estate fee per driver who requires biometric access, is R 230 per person. As the Welcome Centre no longer takes payments on site, we are obliged to obtain these charges from our guests beforehand.
Please note daily services can be requested at an additional R 380 per service. Kindly inform your host should you want to book any cleaning service during your stay.
Important: For the safety of your children, there is a Jacuzzi on the deck of the unit which may pose a safety risk to small children. Thus, strict adult supervision is required by you at all times to ensure the safety of your family. Prior to booking, we want to be sure that you are aware of this water feature and comfortable with strictly supervising any children in your fsmily/group accordingly.
