One Summer Place offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a furnished ground floor apartment situated within a complex with direct beach access in Shelly Beach. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests, and is ideal for a romantic getaway, a weekend break, or an annual family holiday.
The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed, there are 2 single beds in the second bedroom, and a sleeper couch in the lounge for an additional 2 children. All linen is provided.
The apartment also comprises 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. The kitchen features granite tops, and is equipped with a dishwasher, a fridge, a microwave, and an oven and stove. A daily cleaning service is available on request.
The complex offers a swimming pool and braai facilities, and is a mere 50 steps away from the beach. Take a short 200 m stroll to the beautiful rock pool or sip on something cool on the deck of the Shelly Beach Ski Boat Club down the road. The complex is conveniently situated within walking distance from the shops and is less than 1 km away from Shelly Centre with a cinema and restaurants. There are golf courses in the surrounding area, as well as various excursions and fishing activities.
Please note that the unit can sleep 6 people, but a maximum of 4 adults. There is an extra sleeper couch that can accommodate 2 children.
