Palm Paradise is a newly renovated boutique guest house situated in the vibrant suburb of Green Point, Cape Town. Here, a tranquil and elegant stay is provided within a quiet, palm-lined setting, while a wide selection of restaurants, cafés, and iconic city attractions are placed within proximity. The property has been designed with a blend of modern finishes and warm natural textures, creating a relaxed and inviting atmosphere for both leisure and business travellers.
Accommodation is provided in nine individually styled bedrooms, each designed to accommodate up to 2 guests. Four room categories are offered, namely the Standard Room, Queen Room, King Room, and Premium Room. Each unit is furnished with either a queen-size extra-length bed or a king-size extra-length bed, with some king beds able to be converted into twin beds on request. All rooms are fitted with en-suite bathrooms featuring a shower, toilet, and washbasin. Air-conditioning, Smart TV, tea- and coffee-making facilities, wardrobe space, and complimentary water are provided in each room, while selected rooms include a dedicated workstation for added convenience.
Shared living spaces are provided for guest use, with an open and comfortable flow between indoor and outdoor areas. A fully equipped communal kitchen is made available for self-catering needs, while dining and lounge areas are arranged for relaxed meals, work, or social time. A self-service coffee station is accessible throughout the day. The property further features a spacious swimming pool and landscaped garden, complemented by outdoor seating and sun loungers that are positioned for leisure and relaxation.
Additional facilities are provided to enhance comfort and convenience throughout the stay. A tranquil garden setting is maintained around the pool area, while indoor lounges are arranged with a fireplace for a cosy atmosphere. High-speed fibre Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, ensuring consistent connectivity for business or leisure use. Safety features such as smoke alarms and fire extinguishers are also installed, ensuring a secure and comfortable environment for all guests.
