Description
The Penthouse at The Beach House is perched on the fourth floor of Beach House Apartments and offers a luxurious coastal retreat in the heart of Hout Bay. It is designed to maximise natural light, with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that open onto a private balcony overlooking the surrounding mountains. Its central location provides easy access to Hout Bay Beach, popular eateries and vibrant seaside markets.
The penthouse accommodates 4 guests. Both bedrooms have king-size beds and en-suites bathrooms fitted with showers, toilets and basins. Bed linen and bath towels are provided.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, washing machine, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and tea- and coffee-making facilities. A dining table completes the space. The living area has a comfortable couch, a Smart TV and opens onto the balcony, which is furnished with outdoor seating.
Guests have access to the communal swimming pool and on-site facilities. Additional facilities include solar power for loadshedding support.
