Description
The Point is a spacious self-catering holiday home in Blouberg. Ideally located just 700 m from Blouberg Beachfront, this beautiful property is perfect for families or groups of friends looking to explore the area. The property is equipped with a pool, wood-fired hot tub, secure parking behind a gate, and plenty of space to spread out and enjoy!
The house offers accommodation to 10 guests and has 5 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and an open-plan en-suite bathroom with a large shower and a privacy screen for the toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom and shower. The third bedroom has a double bed, and the fourth and fifth bedrooms both have the option of either a king-size or two twin beds. Depending on the bedding orientation you request, we can set the property up with up to 7 beds, sleeping up to 10 guests. In addition to the ensuite bathrooms, two shared bathrooms are also available, one with a double sink and shower, and another with a walk-in shower and basin. Fresh linen, bath towels, and swimming towels are provided. Each bedroom has a wardrobe, a small desk and chair, and a safe for valuables.
The open-plan lounge and dining area has a sectional sofa, bean bags, and a wood-burning indoor fireplace. The smart TV has Netflix and Chromecast. The dining table has seating for 10, while a round dining nook seating 4 offers a versatile space for meals, games, or remote work. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer, air fryer, microwave, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso machine. A central island provides additional seating.
Outdoor facilities include a salt-chlorinated, solar-heated swimming pool that is weather-dependent, a wood-fired hot tub, and a spacious entertainment area. There is an outdoor lounge suite, pool loungers, and a braai, as well as a covered patio that offers a dining table and benches. Secure parking is available behind a gate for up to 5 vehicles.
