It seems like the guest that was in the room next to you accidentally plugged in something and tripped the plug switch at the DV board. Unfortunately, therefore, the gas geyser will not ignite and heat up the water. Due to this problem and the fact that we haven't displayed our new management details in the rooms, we would like to refund you and compensate you for your inconvenience. We pride ourselves on providing excellent accommodation, and this matter does not portray our standard. Please do forward me your banking information so we can refund you.
