Description
The Red Wine Cottage is a self-catering cottage located in Stellenbosch, 2 km from the University Campus, 1.5 km from the town centre and 1 km from the schools.
The cottage comprises 1 bedroom and an open-plan living area and is fully equipped to make guests' stay comfortable. The bedroom has a very comfortable queen-size bed with percale linen. The bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Soap and toilet paper is supplied.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, 1-plate induction hob and a microwave oven. Furthermore, there are enough crockery, glasses, knives and forks and kitchenware. A small container of complementary milk, coffee, tea, and sugar are supplied for the first 2 nights. The lounge area has a three-quarter bed for an extra guest.
The cottage is completely detached with a street entrance, secure parking behind an automatic gate and its own garden.
Although the neighbourhood is safe, the cottage is equipped with a security gate and burglar bars for guests' peace of mind.
