The Residence Luxury Safari Villa is a self-catering home situated in Marloth Park and offers a private bush retreat with convenient access to the Crocodile Bridge and Malelane Gate of the Kruger National Park. The villa is designed to accommodate up to 6 adults and an infant.
The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a cot, and the en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed. The third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. The second bathroom is fitted with a spa bath, shower, toilet, and basin.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher, cutlery, crockery, and coffee-making facilities, including a filter coffee machine and Nespresso machine. The living area features a dining table, comfortable seating, and a smart TV.
Additional features include a private infinity swimming pool, a boma area, a covered patio with outdoor dining and braai facilities, and a private lookout and giraffe feeding tower. Guests may encounter free-roaming wildlife such as kudu, zebra, giraffe, warthog, impala, ostrich, and bush babies.
The property is equipped with solar power, an inverter system, battery backup, and a JoJo tank to ensure an uninterrupted supply of electricity and water. Safety features include an alarm system, outdoor CCTV, 24-hour security response, and secure on-site parking.
