Located in the eco-village of Scarborough, Lil’ Easy Beach House offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a spacious 3-bedroom home with ocean and mountain views. The house is within easy reach of the beach, local cafés, and the village hub, making it well suited to families and groups looking to enjoy the coastal surroundings.
This house can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a jacuzzi bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the third bedroom contains a double bed and bunk bed. The second bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin, and a guest bathroom near the living areas is fitted with a toilet and washbasin. The bedrooms feature ceiling or portable fans, and the main and additional bedrooms have balcony access.
The bright, open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, cutlery, and crockery. The main lounge is furnished with comfortable seating and features a Smart TV with streaming services, a fireplace, and Wi-Fi supported by a UPS. An additional lounge and indoor entertainment area features a built-in braai, seating, a bar fridge, and a 6-seater dining table, while a separate dining area is also available adjacent to the kitchen.
Outside, guests can enjoy a balcony with sea views, an enclosed patio, a lush garden, and a spacious grassy backyard. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water is provided for rinsing off after time at the beach, while a trampoline and swing are available for children. Secure on-site parking is also provided. The beach, cafés, and village hub are within easy reach, while Scarborough's natural surroundings provide opportunities to enjoy the area's relaxed coastal setting.
