Nice place, but way too expensive. If I had paid R500 per night instead of R1350, we would have been very happy with the place. But for the current price and a 3 star rating, you expect so much more. The people who work there are awesome! The place is very comfortable and nicely located. The unit, however, does need some work; the kitchen is not in the greatest condition, some bathroom tiles are missing, and the lighting in the kitchen is completely insufficient. Not suitable for the amount of guests. We are a family of 5 staying in Unit 3 that can accommodate 6. We only had 3 forks, no steak knives or any sharp knives to use. On our first day, the hostess asked to borrow our oven rack as another guest needed it. Only 2 of the 3 stove tops worked. You have to share your stoep with other guests. They only gave us 2 bath towels (which were tiny) after I phoned them in advance to ask if it would be provided. The pool was lovely. The putt-putt is overgrown and needs a revamp. Our unit did not have the DStv hotel bouquet or a bath as advertised. There is no lock on the door between the main bed and the bunk beds. The curtains were filthy.
