Zululami Luxury House is a self-catering holiday home located in the secure Zululami Estate in Sheffield Beach. The property offers comfortable accommodation and is situated within proximity of the beach.
The house can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a guest toilet. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, a shower, a washbasin, and a toilet. A baby cot can be arranged in advance. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom contains a double bed and is equipped with a ceiling fan and a portable air-conditioner. The remaining rooms share a guest bathroom fitted with a shower, a washbasin, and a toilet. All linen and bath towels are provided.
The open-plan living area features a kitchen, a dining area, and a lounge space. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a fridge-freezer, a gas and electric stove, an electric oven, a microwave, an air fryer, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. A washing machine, a dishwasher, and a breakfast bar with stools are also available. The dining area is furnished with a 6-seater dining table, while the lounge has a comfortable lounge suite, a wall-mounted smart TV, and views of the natural wetlands. Free Wi-Fi access is also provided.
The living area opens onto a covered patio that is furnished with outdoor seating and a braai area. Additional on-site facilities include a swimming pool and secure parking. Guests also have access to the communal estate amenities, which include a clubhouse with a restaurant, children's play areas, a tennis court, a cricket net, a bookable soccer field, walking and cycling trails, and direct beach access.
