Average. Over the past 15 years I have probably stayed here about 10 times. Unfortunately, this stay wasn't up to standard for me. After specifically booking the hot tub room for a romantic experience, it didn't 100% deliver. I tried calling the cell number listed all day Friday, I WhatsApped the number twice and messaged through their Facebook page, only to still have no response from any of those 48 hours later. The reason for the call was to have them get the hot tub on the go before we arrived, as that was what the advert suggested. So we had to wait 3 hours after arrival for it to heat up. No fairy lights working over the hot tub and no candles provided anywhere. Ruined the romance. The heated towel rail in the bathroom was not working. WiFi wasn't working. The bed base had no cover on it. Checkout online says 11am but we were told at reception 10am. Overall, just a lack of attention to detail.
