Tortoise Cabin is the perfect place to just switch off and enjoy nature. I was on a solo getaway at Tortoise Cabin to get through a difficult life experience and I couldn't have chosen a better place to find peace for my soul. The cabin was so cozy and the outdoor areas and braai area were the perfect places to sit in the evenings with a fire and just let your thoughts go. There is a river just a few steps from the cabin which was wonderful to explore at sunset. The hostess is an angel and a wonderful person. Peace of mind fantastic. Very nice stay, quiet and peaceful with a river where you can row and swim. Lovely braai area. Nice without TV. Nice shops and restaurants nearby.
