Seabreeze Stay is located in a secure gated complex, approximately a 5-minute drive from Muizenberg Beach and the popular Surfers’ Corner. The property is close to a range of restaurants, cafés, and shopping centres, while offering a quiet and secure residential environment.

The townhouse accommodates up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including a main bathroom and an en-suite bathroom. The open-plan living area includes a lounge with comfortable seating and newly installed front and back sunrooms. French doors open onto an enclosed grassed backyard. The lounge is fitted with a TV with Netflix, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, oven, stove, microwave, washing machine, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, supporting self-catering stays.

Guests have access to a communal or seasonal swimming pool within the complex. Secure driveway parking is provided for the duration of the stay.

Seabreeze Stay is ideally located for access to Muizenberg Beach, Fish Hoek, Kalk Bay, Boulders Beach in Simon’s Town, the St James coastal walk, Boyes Drive whale viewing points, Cape Peninsula scenic drives, and Table Mountain.
