A six star stay. All of us want to say something: Amanda: What a perfect little gem of a find. Beautiful decor with just the right amount of tasteful quirk, every single detail thought through from fresh cut herbs in the kitchen to a generous hamper of local delights and even Chappies. It allowed us as four friends to have beautiful cosy catch-up evenings of red wine around the fire, but it would work just as well for a family wanting an escape from Cape Town into the tranquility of Franschhoek. We intend to be back! Nicola: Tranquille Haven truly lived up to its name. Calm and beautiful. We had a wonderful stay. Comfortable rooms, creatively and tastefully decorated … there were so many touches to help make our stay even better. Central and within easy walking distance of the village. Will definitely return. Thank you. Dani: Tranquille is a space that was superbly and very cleverly designed to comfortably fit four people - so many clever little touches of someone who has also travelled a lot, taking care and taking notes. Shampoo bottles that you can actually read in the shower without having to squint. Enough spare blankets for chilly autumn nights. Lots of extra candles. Spare firelighters. Unexpected snacks and treats. Really good linen. I've never seen such a well-stocked medicine cabinet. We noticed it all, thank you so very much. Booking again without a doubt!
