Feeling neglected and paying too much for what one gets. Was disappointed for what was paid. Lunch and dinners must also be paid for and I made a special request about it being my birthday but nothing came of it - no alternatives or options were discussed. I received no feedback and nothing came of it. That's despite another birthday being celebrated while we were there. The fireplace in our room was also not working properly - a big and long crack at the back. A positive: the chef, his food and menu were exceptional. Overall, the cabbage was not worth the sauce.
