Description
Situated in the Kromdraai area, approximately 60 km from Bela Bela, this private safari lodge offers a peaceful bushveld setting in the Waterberg. A vehicle is required, with the last 17 km on a gravel road.
The lodge sleeps up to 26 guests (20 adults and 6 children) across 13 bedrooms.
Three chalets each offer 2 queen rooms and 1 twin room (suited for children with interleading doors), along with 4 additional standalone bedrooms with queen-size beds. There are 11 bathrooms fitted with a bath/ shower, toilet, and basin.
The lodge includes a fully equipped kitchen fitted with a stove, oven, cutlery, crockery, utensils, microwave, kettle, fridge-freezer, and a kitchen island that flows to an open-plan thatch lapa featuring a lounge, bar area, pool table, and TV with DStv. Indoor and outdoor dining areas allow for easy entertaining.
Built-in braai facilities are available, along with a boma firepit for outdoor evenings.
Guests can enjoy a swimming pool, a 12-seater jacuzzi, walking paths, and an elevated lookout tower. Wildlife such as nyala, impala, fallow deer, and emus roam freely on the property. A private dam offers catch-and-release fishing, birdwatching, and sunset views. Nearby attractions include Mabalingwe Big 5 Game Reserve, Zebula Golf Estate & Spa, and Mabula Game Reserve.
