Nice, safe and private. Very cute and nice place to stay, it's close to everything, safe and the owners are incredibly friendly and helpful.

Beautiful quiet setting with amazing hosts! Tuis en Vrede is in a beautiful setting. Quiet with a beautiful garden. The family are wonderful people as are their children. The place was beautifully decorated and well looked after. I went with my 80-year-old mom and my sister and they too enjoyed their stay. We will most certainly be back.

Relaxing; however, we had a problem with their shower and fridge. Great and quiet; however, we were never informed that the hot tub incurs an extra charge only on arrival. The fridge was releasing water underneath, and the shower was not draining water while you were showering. It was going down the drain very slowly; as a result, we could not shower at night.

Hi Babalwa, Thank you for your review. The hot tub is available for booking at a cost. This is clearly outlined on the listing. Not everyone is willing to pay a premium for the use of a hot tub; therefore, we make it optional We are sorry about your shower. You informed us about the drain late in the afternoon, and we had a plumber there the next morning on a weekend to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, this was just unlucky timing. We can assure you that this will not happen again.

Cosy, nice braai area, play area and comfortable with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. Very neat, hostess is friendly and helpful. Everything we needed was there, we were more than satisfied!

Comfortable, neat accommodation quite close to the beach. We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space and amenities. The house is located within walking distance of the beach in a quiet area. The braai grill needs cleaning and the ceiling fan in the main bedroom is out of order and needs cleaning.

Hi Janet, Thanks for the feedback, We are glad you enjoyed your stay with us, The ceiling fan is working, sorry we could have helped you properly if we had known you were struggling to turn it on, sorry about the braai grid. We usually provide a scrub brush that you can just give a light scrub after the grid is hot from the fire before you braai. Have a nice day, hope to see you again.

Comfortable 2 day visit. Comfortable stay. Furnishings good and beds super comfy. Living area a bit snug for 4 people. As we were only two, it was fine. Perhaps noticed it because of inclement weather, so stayed indoors.

Lovely modern accommodation and generous owners. We had a wonderful experience at Tuis & Tevrede. The owners were so friendly and were very accommodating with my young kids. I will definitely recommend them, especially for a family with kids.
