Uluwatu Zimbali Golf Estate is a spacious self-catering holiday home situated in the prestigious Zimbali Estate in Ballito. The property offers a peaceful setting and is ideal for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing stay with access to a variety of estate facilities.

The home accommodates up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Three bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds, while the fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds. The first 2 bedrooms each have en-suite bathrooms fitted with a bath and shower, while the remaining 2 bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. Bed linen and bath towels are provided, and guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The open-plan dining and lounge areas offer comfortable seating, a TV, and Wi-Fi access.

The home opens onto a private patio and balcony overlooking the golf course, with an outdoor dining area and braai facilities. Guests have access to the estate’s facilities, including an 18-hole golf course, communal swimming pools, spa, restaurants, direct beach access, tennis and squash courts, a soccer field, and walking trails.

Please note that pets are not permitted. Parties, loud music, and excessive noise are not allowed on the estate, and guests are required to respect the estate rules and neighbouring residents. Guests must complete the required Zimbali booking form via the estate app at least 72 hours before check-in, providing the personal information of all guests. The estate has a speed limit of 25 km/h, and guests are required to comply with the estate’s noise policy.
