What a wonderful and memorable stay! Our stay at Umbrella Tree House was an absolute joy! From the moment we arrived till the moment we left, the staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and willing to help in whatever way they could. Everything that was necessary for a comfortable stay was explained right at the start. Even a slight challenge we had with the bedlamps was sorted out within minutes. The large king-size bed was very comfortable and ensured a definite good sleep. The kitchen was pristinely clean and had everything one could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the views over the swimming pool, especially with sunrise, were absolutely stunning! The large TV was an absolute spoil, in comparison to many other places we've stayed in before. An easy, close drive to Umhlanga beach, and just as easy and close drive to Gateway Mall. We loved staying at Umbrella Tree House, and will definitely do so again! We loved the staff, their kindness, smiles, and readiness to help in whatever way needed.

Beautiful property for couples and family. Such a beautiful place. The staff were friendly. Wish you guys could add carports so that cars can be protected from heavy rains.

It was perfect. I will definitely go back again when I visit Durban. It felt like home. Friendly staff and helpful. The privacy. The room was so refreshing. The interior design in the room is on another level and very modern, like the bath, taps and their plugs; in other words, they take care of their place, which was outstanding for me. What I saw on the internet is exactly what we found. Very, very clean, with hand soaps and air fresheners that smell good. Clean linen, like towels changed every day. Thank you so much for making our stay beautiful and memorable.
