Under the Milkwoods is a unique 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom self-catering home with a guest toilet, located in Kleinbaai, Gansbaai. The property accommodates up to 8 guests and is set beneath ancient indigenous Milkwood trees, just a short walk from the beach.
The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a toilet and a shower-over-bath. The third bedroom is furnished with a double bed and also has an en-suite bathroom with a toilet and shower. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a single bed. A separate guest toilet is available.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery, and crockery. The living area features a dining table, comfortable seating, and a TV.
Under the Milkwoods was built several decades ago using sustainably sourced wood from the Elgin Forest. Nestled in a lush garden with abundant birdlife, the home offers a rare coastal escape that combines history, natural beauty, and tranquillity.
