Lovely stay at Underhill, we will be back in the warmer months for sure! We had a lovely stay at Underhill - the hot tub is fantastic next to the braai and hot water was immediately available when showering. We played board games and enjoyed a visit or two from the farm dogs!

Excellent stay at the Bacuzzi. We had an excellent stay at the Bacuzzi. Its a real tiny house with no space inside the chalet for a bathroom sink. The bed was excellent and the kitchen was kitted out well. I just wish the hot tub had a cover as it would allow the water to heat up quicker and also stop debris from falling into the tub. The patio with the hot tub and lights really made the experience worth it and sitting on the patio couch was great. Julian and Ken were attentive without being overbearing.

Absolutely enjoyed every minute of our stay. Enjoyable, despite no electricity hence no WiFi. Hounds had a blast. Some white sand from the river, gravel, logs, or pavers at the entrance to the cottage would be helpful, or a broom per cottage to sweep the sand/mud.

Weekend with family. It was okay; I expected more for the price. We loved the clever ideas to reuse old things. The decor is unique, especially the stained glass with birds and the mosaic work in the bathrooms. The extra toilet with bottles in the wall is beautiful, but the toilet was clogged and we didn't use it. It's wonderfully quiet and remote, and definitely a destination for people who want to get away from city life. Unfortunately, there was no hot water when we wanted to shower the first night, and the place is bitterly cold in winter. We had to call the manager to replace empty gas bottles.
