Best location! We recently stayed at this property and there are definitely some positives. The house itself is spacious, and the location is absolutely fantastic—it's in a prime spot and was ideal for our stay. Unfortunately, the property is in urgent need of significant maintenance and TLC. In its current condition, I do not believe it is fit to be rented out until these issues have been addressed. There are numerous maintenance problems throughout the house, including: only one TV remote works for the entire house. The shower in the master bedroom leaks extensively onto the bathroom floor during use. A power outlet in one of my kids' rooms is loose and pulling away from the walls, which is a safety concern. Toilet roll holders are coming off the walls. Towel rails are loose. Several door handles are loose, with the front door handle being broken. The freezer drawers are broken. Vanity cupboards throughout the property are damaged, with some having exposed nails sticking out, posing a potential safety hazard. Also, the WiFi is temperamental and does not reach the master bedroom, so a smart TV in this room is pointless. These are not minor cosmetic issues—they significantly impact the comfort, safety, and overall experience of staying at the property. While the house has great potential and the location is exceptional, the lack of maintenance is disappointing. We would strongly recommend that the owners address these issues before accepting further bookings. With the necessary repairs and regular upkeep, this could be an outstanding holiday home. However, in its current condition, I cannot recommend it to future guests.

It was nice. The place is beautiful, great location near everything, will definitely recommend. But we had a leakage at one of the toilets that made the whole place underwater the whole duration of our stay. I had to mop every day the whole duration of our stay tons of water that for me was a big no and it didn't make my stay welcoming.
