Excellent service and the perfect safe location for us. We visited our family in the Olivedale Retirement Village and came back to our unit in the evenings to find the unit clean and all cups washed. What a treat! The heated light in the bathroom was such a bonus. Friendly and helpful staff. They go the extra mile to make your stay special. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We received 5-star service.

Well located, excellent service, slept very well, would really recommend it! Just stayed overnight, my child had to go to the hospital for surgery. The place is excellently located, well organized, without any problems and safe!

It was great but cold. Other than my room being too cold, I enjoyed my stay. I totally understand the no extra electrical appliance rule, but maybe provide the guests with heaters as the room was freezing cold and the only place to get heat was in the bathroom.
