Sliding doors from the living area open onto a balcony with outdoor seating, where panoramic views may be enjoyed. A small enclosed garden is available and is suitable for pet visitors. A Weber braai is provided with wood and charcoal supplied. Secure parking is available behind automated sliding gates, and access is provided via 37 stone stairs leading up to the home. The property is conveniently located within close proximity to shops and restaurants.
