Description

Vergezicht Holiday Unit offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in the peaceful coastal area of Franskraal, just outside Gansbaai. The property is suitable for families or larger groups, with the option to book either the upper-floor or ground-floor unit. Both units can also be booked together, subject to availability.

Each floor can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms.

Please note that, due to the wooden floors in the upper-floor unit, the 2 units are not completely soundproof. Sounds and footsteps from the upper floor may occasionally be heard in the ground-floor unit. Guests are kindly requested to take this into consideration and be considerate of one another.

The upper-floor unit has a queen-size bed in the main bedroom and 2 single beds in the second bedroom. The unit has 1 bathroom fitted with a shower, basin and toilet.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and 2-plate gas stove. The kitchen leads into a comfortable living area with a TV, DStv Compact Plus channels, free WiFi and a dining area.

The unit has its own patio/balcony with outdoor seating and braai facilities. The balcony also offers partial sea views and has a Weber braai.

The ground-floor unit comprises 2 bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed. There are 2 bathrooms and a separate guest toilet. One bathroom has a bath and basin, while the second bathroom is fitted with a shower, bath, toilet and basin.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave and 4-plate gas stove. No oven is available. The kitchen leads into a comfortable living area with a TV, DStv Compact Plus channels, free WiFi and a dining area.

The ground-floor unit also has its own patio with outdoor seating and braai facilities.

Secure parking is available on the property, and linen and bath towels are provided. Guests are required to bring their own beach towels. Each floor has a private outdoor area and braai facilities. The property is within walking distance of the beach and a local grocery shop.
