Description
Albizia Luxury Villa is a holiday home situated within the secure Eden Rock Forest Estate in the heart of Pennington. The property offers a peaceful setting ideal for families and friends, with a private swimming pool and outdoor spaces designed for relaxation.
The villa can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, of which 2 are en-suite. All bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds, with one room offering the option to convert into 2 single beds. The bathrooms are fitted with either a bath or a shower, or a combination of both. Linen is provided, while guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The open-plan living area comprises a kitchen, dining space, and lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, and crockery. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the scullery. The dining area offers seating for 6 guests, while the lounge is furnished with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV with DStv (Essential channels). Free Wi-Fi is provided.
The living area opens onto a covered patio with an outdoor dining table and a built-in braai, leading to a garden with a swimming pool, sun loungers, and a Jacuzzi. Secure parking is provided, along with 24-hour security within the estate. A backup inverter and JoJo tank are available during load shedding and water outages. The villa is serviced, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Additional services such as spa treatments, tours, and transfers can be arranged, and a French restaurant is located within the estate.
