Villa Bleu Blanc is ideally situated in the sought-after coastal suburb of Camps Bay, offering a serene retreat with sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Twelve Apostles mountain range. The villa combines modern design with a relaxed coastal atmosphere and is located within easy reach of the beach, restaurants, and popular attractions, making it well-suited to guests seeking both comfort and convenience.
The villa comprises four bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and air-conditioning. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features a private balcony with ocean views, along with a full en-suite bathroom. The remaining bedrooms are each tastefully furnished with queen beds, and two include en-suite shower bathrooms, and the last a bathroom fitted with a bath. Please note that the fourth bedroom is accessed via an exterior spiral staircase. Bath towels, bed linen, essential toiletries, a hairdryer, and extra pillows and blankets are provided, while additional amenities include an iron, washing machine, and tumble dryer.
The living and dining areas are spacious and designed in an open-plan layout, offering comfortable seating for eight guests, a TV, a fireplace, and a workspace. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, tea- and coffee-making facilities, dishwasher, and cooking basics. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout, and backup power is provided for lighting, Wi-Fi, and entertainment during load shedding.
Outdoor living can be enjoyed on the pool deck, which features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, and a braai area, as well as outdoor dining facilities. Secure parking is available on the premises. Safety features include fire extinguishers, a smoke alarm, a carbon monoxide detector, and a personal safe. The property welcomes guests of all ages; however, it should be noted that the swimming pool has removable barriers and that stairs are present on the property.
