Absolutely beautiful home and exterior. Absolutely incredible stay with a beautiful home and exterior. The hot tub was lovely and the rooms were big. The kitchen and entertainment area are wonderful with the indoor fireplace for warmth. Highly recommended.

Beautiful, neat and comfortable accommodation. This is a beautiful, comfortable and neat house to stay in. We had such a great stay. It was peaceful, quiet and the rooms were beautiful. You can hear the sea at night. The artwork and decorations that pop up everywhere make the place outstanding and interesting. The house has everything you could possibly need. The porch is a very nice place to hang out and the braai area is very convenient. The beach is a stone's throw away and absolutely safe. And if you forgot something, there is a shop only 2 km away at Pearly Beach Resort that has everything you could possibly need. We will definitely stay there again if the opportunity arises.

Lovely, comfortable, spacious accommodation for a large family in Pearly Beach. We had a wonderful stay at Villa de Este. Our hostess was friendly and helpful; the house is lovely, spacious and well-equipped. Our bed in the main bedroom was extremely comfortable. I could literally find everything in the house that I needed. The hot tub outside was a great joy for my husband. The teenagers especially enjoyed the WiFi and DStv. We had delicious meals at the beautiful dining room table. We really enjoyed our stay, and hope to have the privilege of staying there again in the future. I can highly recommend it to anyone.

Good enough for me to use the facility again. It's the second time that I stayed there. Very spacious inside the house and outside. Nicely decorated. All the bells and whistles that you need in a kitchen. Love the outside entertainment area. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Going again!

Family weekend getaway by the sea. Unfortunately not. Place reeks of stale cigarette smoke; even our clothes reeked of it even though none of us are smokers. The patio area was dirty, but inside it was mostly clean. There is a lot of dog poop on the property which is not ideal for flies, nor for our toddler playing in the garden. The house is more worn out than in the photos. In all honesty, the black paint of the house doesn't feel like a beach place either. Towels (available only on request) are old, but clean. We do not have cameras inside the house; the cameras are facing all the entrances. Honesty is the best policy, and it's sad that we have guests sneaking additional people. It's very unfair.
