Description
Villa du Hattingh is a spacious self-catering holiday home located on the coast of Yzerfontein. The property offers a breathtaking 180-degree sea view as well as beautiful West Coast sunsets, creating the ideal setting for an unforgettable getaway with family and friends.
The house accommodates a total of 9 guests and consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom is located on the lower level and is furnished with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, the third bedroom contains 3 single beds, and the fourth bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The remaining three bedrooms are serviced by 2 full bathrooms, one fitted with a shower and the other with a bath.
The open-plan living area offers panoramic sea views and direct access to the deck. It consists of a kitchen, dining area, and 2 open-plan lounge areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine.
Linen and bath towels are provided, while guests are requested to bring their own beach towels. Please note that there are stairs leading into the house, as well as stairs to certain bathrooms, which may be inconvenient for guests with limited mobility.
The property features a Smart TV with Netflix and free Wi-Fi. Please note that mobile reception in the area is limited.
There is an open braai area on the side of the house overlooking the sea. A coastal footpath runs in front of the property, and guests can often relax on the stoep while watching dolphins and whales.
