Villa Flamenco 12 is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment situated on Ocean Drive is in a gated security complex in Chaka’s Rock in KwaZulu-Natal. Chaka's Rock is a coastal resort town located just 5 km north of Ballito, set next to the Indian Ocean on the beautiful Dolphin Coast.

One queen bed and 2 single beds. Complex has direct access to the beach. There is a single lock up garage and very limited guest parking. Safe in bedroom. Garage dimensions: Length 5.4 m Width 2.8m Height: 2.00m.

Both bedrooms have air conditioning. The flat can accommodate 4 guests in 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom is fitted with a queen-size bed, and the second bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds. There is 1 bathroom fitted with a shower only. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and plunger, and the living area opens up to a balcony area offering a partial sea view. The apartment has a smart TV for guests to use their personal Netflix or DStv account, and Wi-Fi is available. There are steps down to the units from the garage area.

A communal braai area is available.

The beach at Chaka’s Rock is a favourite with ski-boaters and beach-lovers, as well as being a good deep-sea fishing spot. Chaka's Rock offers spectacular views of the shoreline and beyond, and the resort is ideal for a family holiday, providing all that is needed for seaside fun. All major facilities are available at Ballito, about a 5-minute drive away. A single lock-up garage is provided for your vehicle. Chakas Rock tidal pool is within easy reach.

This flat now gets daily cleans Monday to Saturday (excluding Public Holidays)
