Good value for money. We had a great stay. Staff is also very friendly. I just think that there could be mirrors in the bedrooms, especially a full-length mirror. It is uncomfortable and quite a bit of a hassle with no mirror to style your hair and put on makeup. There was only a mirror in the bathroom above the sink. Maybe the other rooms have mirrors, but not the one we stayed in.

Thank you very much for your nice feedback and valuable suggestion! We are very happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay and appreciated the friendliness of our staff. Thank you for bringing the mirror issue to our attention. We take your suggestion to heart and will definitely consider it, as we would like every guest's stay to be as comfortable as possible. We hope to welcome you again in the future!

Lovely stay. Clean and safe. Would certainly stay there again. We had a lovely stay at Villa Gracia. Beautifully clean with lovely decor. The mattress was not comfortable. I would recommend a thicker mattress cover. (Room 2) It felt lumpy. The breakfast was delicious, but we really missed not having filter coffee with our breakfast. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Good day Thank you so much for your lovely review and for choosing to stay at Villa Gracia. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed our cleanliness, décor, delicious breakfast, and the friendliness of our team. We sincerely appreciate your feedback regarding the mattress in Room 2 and will certainly look into this to ensure a more comfortable stay for our guests. Regarding the filter coffee, we do have coffee plungers available in the dining hall, and we’re sorry if this was not pointed out to you during your stay. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it helps us improve how we communicate the facilities available to our guests. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to Villa Gracia for an even more enjoyable stay!

Heerlike, mooi, skoon gastehuis. Veilige, netjiese gastehuis in 'n stil area.

The bedding was very clean and everything was neat! The place is really very neat, the person who received us just didn't understand me well, narrow and Afr. and the walls are a bit thin, can hear every word people say next door. And we were unhappy with neighbors who were a bit noisy. But that's not the guesthouse's fault.

Neat but uncomfortable. The room and grounds were very clean and tidy. However, I was under the impression that breakfast was included. The price is disappointing for just a room, no matter how neat it is. Unfortunately, the bed was terribly hard, which did not result in a good night's sleep for either of us.

Good day, thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are pleased that you found the room and grounds clean and tidy. We apologize for the misunderstanding regarding breakfast. Our booking website indicates that the rates include accommodation only and that breakfast is available for an additional fee by prior arrangement. Breakfast could also be added upon check-in and we would have been happy to assist you with this. We use high quality Cloud Nine mattresses that have recently been replaced. However, we realise that each guest's preference for mattress firmness is different and we are sorry that the mattress did not meet your personal comfort preference. Quality accommodation, cleanliness and hospitality are very important to us. We appreciate your feedback and take your experience to heart. Thank you for staying at Villa Gracia. Kind regards The Villa Gracia Team

Vriendelike groete Die Villa Gracia-span
