Villa Majestic is a self-catering villa situated in the prestigious suburb of Camps Bay, Cape Town. Set approximately 750 m above sea level, the villa has been positioned to capture sweeping ocean views and uninterrupted sunsets over the Atlantic. It is located within proximity to Camps Bay Beach and is approximately 6 km from the Table Mountain Aerial Cableway, offering convenient access to some of Cape Town’s most iconic attractions while maintaining a private, elevated setting.
The villa can accommodate 10 guests and comprises 5 en-suite bedrooms, along with spacious open-plan living areas. Each bedroom has been furnished with a king-size bed and is fitted with an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom is fitted with a bath, a shower, a double vanity, and a bidet, while the second, third, and fourth bedrooms are each fitted with a shower and a single vanity. The fifth bedroom is fitted with a double shower and a double vanity. All bedrooms have been designed to maximise comfort and enjoy sea views, with Nespresso machines provided for added convenience.
A fully equipped kitchen is provided and includes a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine, along with a separate scullery with laundry facilities including a washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen flows into the dining and lounge areas, where indoor seating, a fireplace, a bar, and a pool table have been arranged for relaxed entertainment. A gym, steam room, and massage facilities are available on-site, while outdoor living is enhanced by a swimming pool, shaded seating beneath mature trees, a braai area, and an outdoor dining space.
Secure parking is provided, along with additional driveway and on-street parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. Complimentary Wi-Fi, a personal safe, air conditioning, and essential bathroom amenities are included for guest convenience, ensuring a well-appointed stay in a refined coastal setting.
