Makaya Bella is a lovely holiday home situated in the secure Eden Rock Forest Estate just outside Pennington. It could be an ideal option for a peaceful holiday with family and friends as the property spoils with a swimming pool area for full relaxation.
This property can accommodate a total of 4 guests at a time and comprises 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms. Both bedrooms are furnished with a queen-size bed that can be converted into single beds and the bathrooms are fitted with a shower in one and the second bathroom has a shower and a bath. Linen is provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The open-plan living area features a stylish kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. DStv channels and access to free Wi-Fi is available.
This living area opens onto an enclosed patio with a dining table and a built-in braai. The beautiful garden features a swimming pool where guests can cool off on those hot summer days. Secure parking is also available for guests’ vehicles with 24-hour security on the property.
The location of this estate is right next to Selborne Golf Club and is within close proximity to the beach and restaurants. During load shedding and water outages, there is a backup Invertor as well as a JoJo tank.
