In the words of my colleague - Small heaven. I booked accommodation for 2 of my colleagues. The hostess was very helpful and friendly, even when I had to contact her after hours. It was a very easy and pleasant booking.

Despite the shortcomings, we enjoyed it very much. All the mistakes can be corrected. We had a nice stay, but the place has a few shortcomings. One toilet was left really dirty. Curtains are very tight and you have trouble closing the windows. The double bed in the main bedroom has to be forced between the bedside tables. The placement of the toilets is very uncomfortable, especially for taller people. Some of the bedside lamps don't work. No welcome treats or soaps. Some of the towels have stains. An air fryer would be welcome there. Otherwise the place is nice and spacious.

'n Lugbraaier sal welkom wees daar. Anders is die plek lekker ruim.

Tranquil luxury with a personal touch. Our stay at Vila Nova Clarens was more than just a getaway – it felt like a little love story in the mountains. Everything from the warm, tastefully decorated unit to the cozy fireplace and stunning views made it unforgettable. It’s the kind of place that brings you closer, where time slows down and the world fades away. Truly special – we’ll treasure the memories and definitely be back.
