Villa Portmarnock is a lovely self-catering holiday home situated in the St Francis Links golf estate in the sought after St Francis Bay. It is a great homebase for friends and family who are looking for a peaceful and convenient homebase from where they can explore and enjoy this quaint coastal town.
This double-storey home can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with a king-size bed, while the other 2 bedrooms are each furnished with 2 single beds. The first bedroom has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The first shared bathroom is fitted with a shower, while the second bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower. Linen and bath towels are provided, however guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, cutlery and crockery, tea- and coffee-making facilities and a breakfast bar with stools. A dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are available for extra convenience. The dining and lounging areas have comfortable seating for guests to dine and relax, and for guests' entertainment there is a TV. Access to Wi-Fi is available.
Guests can enjoy an indoor braai and a patio with an outdoor dining table and an outdoor braai, as well as a swimming pool. Secure garage parking is available on the premises. The beach and various local amenities are within close proximity. Activities like swimming, fishing, golfing and walking trails can be enjoyed in the surrounding area.
