Villa Royale 402 is a self-catering holiday apartment situated on a cliff in Sheffield Beach, KwaZulu-Natal, offering stunning sea views. The apartment is ideal for families or groups of friends seeking comfortable accommodation close to the beach and local attractions, within a secure residential complex with strict noise control.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main and second bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. Both bathrooms are fitted with either a bath or a shower, a toilet, and a washbasin. Towels are not provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes all necessary appliances. The open-plan living area opens onto a balcony with beautiful sea views. The apartment has a TV with a DStv access point, and Wi-Fi is available. Guests are required to bring their own decoder, smart card, and HDMI cables if connecting a laptop to the TV.
The complex offers a communal swimming pool and braai facilities, with 1 allocated undercover parking bay and limited visitor parking. Guests should note that parking is not suitable for large vehicles, and no braais are allowed on the balcony. Access to the beach involves a steep walk from the pool area. Swimming is permitted between 05:00 and 22:00, with daily pool cleaning performed in the mornings except on Sundays. All bookings require confirmation and submission of required paperwork at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
