Villa Royale 710 is a self-catering holiday apartment located on the seventh floor of a secure residential complex in Sheffield Beach, KwaZulu-Natal. The complex is within easy reach of the beach and local attractions, offering guests a comfortable seaside retreat with spectacular sea views.
The apartment can accommodate 6 guests, strictly 4 adults and 2 children under 12, and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds, while the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. The bathrooms are fitted with a shower and/or bath. Air-conditioning is provided in the lounge and the main bedroom.
The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering and includes a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, and dishwasher. The living area features a TV with an OVHD DStv decoder and a DVD player, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.
The complex offers a communal swimming pool and braai area. Guests have access to 1 under-roof allocated parking bay, with additional parking available; however, parking is limited for larger vehicles and not permitted in front of the pool area or loading zones. Access to the beach involves a steep walk from the south-side parking area. Swimming is permitted between 05:00 and 22:00, with the pool cleaned daily, except Sundays. Bookings require at least 48 hours’ confirmation prior to arrival.
