Welcome to our home! We’re really happy to have you here. To help make your stay comfortable—and to keep things pleasant for everyone in the complex—please keep the following in mind:
1. Maximum Guests
The apartment is set up for two guests only. Please no extra or unregistered visitors.
2. Noise & Parties
This is a quiet residential space. No parties, loud music, or excessive noise, please.
3. Smoking
The unit and complex are completely non-smoking.
If you need to smoke, you’re welcome to do so outside the complex gates.
4. Gate Security
For everyone’s safety, please make sure the gate closes properly each time you enter or leave.
Try not to leave it open during check-in, check-out, or while loading your car.
5. Respect for Neighbours
Please be mindful of others when moving through or using shared areas.
6. Check-out
When you leave, please make sure that all doors, windows, and appliances are switched off.
